I chose to create my poster using a portrait format as I felt this was the best way to included a large image with minimal amounts of text. The poster has been printed on a thin paper called Tyvek, which is 43gsm. This allows for the paper to be folded down from an A1 to A4 size easily without becoming too thick or unfoldable. The A4 size allows for easy transport if the poster were to be purchased by a visitor, therefore reducing chance of any damage before putting the poster up.
