I started with a shortlist of my favourite names from my initial brainstorm.
The two that stood out to me were Chemex and Ristretto, so I decided to try these two names in a variety of different typefaces to get a 'feel' for the word.
Chemex I felt would be good for a chemical-style tea/coffee company, with an ethos based around the tea and coffee being crafted/created in a lab using exact precise measurements and mixes etc. I concluded that if I were to go ahead with this name, it would be better suited in a sans-serif, simple typeface to match the idea.
I then tried Ristretto, which I felt I could link to an Italian-style themed coffee. Immediately this name stood out to me when I saw it in the typefaces displayed - it gave off that 'luxury' feel that Starpack had mentioned they wanted. I decided to go ahead with this name in the typeface 'Abuget'. I felt this was best suited to the coffee, emulating a luxury style with an Italian edge that I could develop further on into the project.
