OUGD603 - Roald Dahl - Frobscottle Finalizing Designs

I was still struggling with my colour ways when I came across this image;



I just loved how the orange and blue worked together. I felt this was something I could potentially work with for my label, so I started to experiment in Illustrator;


I added a small extra element on the front of the label as I felt it was so simple and lacking detail. Because I made this orange, I then swapped the batch number and volume round so that they were balanced properly. I used orange text where Quinn was used on the back to make the words pop.

However, the original drink was infact green, so I felt it was probably best to do the label in a green colour as well;


I loved how the designs were working in three different colours rather than two - it just added an extra dimension to the label.
