OUGD603 - Roald Dahl - Cake Colour Swatching

I still wasn't happy with the colour scheme. I wanted something relevant to the film as that was my original inspiration.

Using Adobe Kuler, I swatched some colours from the a scene in the film.



It gave me this really murky, retro colour palette that I found really interesting!

I loved how the baby pink shade popped against the darker shades of green and black.

I started looking at different ways to incorporate this colour palette into my designs;

Whilst this was quite odd to look at, I quite liked how it was working!
