Looking on the iOS Apple App store, there are practically no apps that sell baby clothes and most baby clothing websites do not have their own app - the only one I came across was a Mamas & Papas app for the Middle East only.
This led me to wonder why this is - is there not a market for it? Is it not something people would need? But also this made me wonder whether there WAS a gap in the market for this sort of thing, and whether it would be useful.

I had a quick look at the interface of the existing app - it was fairly simple and straightforward to use, which is a key factor. The idea of the app is that you can 'quick buy' things rather than sitting down and going through the actual website on a laptop etc.
I felt as though this idea was something I could work with in my own project - what parents are lacking is more apps that make buying/purchasing baby clothes a lot quicker and easier.
Young mums/parents are very busy people and they don't have much time to spare browsing the web for hours - this means that a simple and straightforward app would cut down browsing time and allow mums to get on with other more 'important' jobs.
