With only two days to complete this brief, my research had to be fairly quick.
I started by looking at existing tennis branding already out there;
I discovered that most brands did not have a mascot for their logo - the only one that could potentially similar is Slazenger, with a large cat as their logo.
I also noticed that there were barely any KIDS tennis brands - I couldn't find any examples really!
My next port of call was to look at lions, as the brief explicitly stated they wanted a 'friendly lion with tennis racket in hand'. I googled kids lion illustrations for some inspiration;
