In order to help me settle on a genre to work with, I have started putting together a few images/mini moodboards in order to get a better feel for the genres visually rather than through audio.
Deep Tech House;
Funky Tech House;
Deep Liquid;
Workout;
Disco House;
Speed Garage;
Bubblegum Dance;
Pop Emo;
Vegas Indie;
Rap;
R&B;
Kids Dance Party;
Bubblegum Pop;
Pub Rock;
I personally think the most interesting genres visually are;
-Disco House
-Bubblegum Dance/Pop
-Pop Emo
-Rap
-Kids Dance Party
-Pub Rock
Theses genres in particular all have potential but I need to do some more research into them before I pick a solid idea.
