Following some further research, I began looking into different typefaces that would be suitable for the publication and its audience.
Using the title of the publication, 'green', I started playing around with different ways this title could be interpreted/represented.
I experimented with a variety of different styles from a bold sans-serif to a more flowing, script style with elaborate serifs.
I found that many of them worked for their own different reasons, whilst many didn't!
To help me decide, I coloured all the text in green as this is how it will probably appear on the front cover.
After doing this, I whittled my favourites down to 5 key typefaces:
Lust Script;
Variex OT;
Cocon Pro;
Market Pro;
HWT Arabesque;
I feel like each of these typefaces would work with the publication for their own different reasons, so therefore I am going to speak to Cat and some of my peers and get their opinion on it to help me decide.
