-Wooden background - more 'friendly' and almost budget and cheap rather than luxury
- Business is family run, makes it friendly and down to earth, nothing formal or serious about it
- 'bespoke', 'premium' and 'indulgent' - seem weird considering branding of website ??
-Exclamation marks = casual and friendly tone 'take a look around!'
